Job summary

ARV Solutions Contracts in Chepstow is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to lead commercial management across multiple projects within a growing SME. You will own contract administration, variations, valuations and final accounts, working closely with operations and finance teams.

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager

Location: Chepstow

Salary: £60,000-£70,000

A specialist subcontractor delivering complex and architecturally challenging projects is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to support its continued growth. This role has been created following an internal leadership move and will take ownership of key commercial and project functions previously managed within the business. It would suit an experienced commercial professional who enjoys a broad remit, working closely with operational, project and finance teams in an SME environment, with the opportunity to influence business performance and progress into a senior leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management across multiple projects

Experience Required
