Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a commercial management position within the residential housebuilding industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a commercial team.
  • Excellent financial acumen with the ability to prepare, analyse and report on forecasts and budgets.
  • Full UK driving licence.
