We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Commercial Manager (Facilities Management) to join a leading team in Belfast. This role suits a commercially astute professional with strong Facilities Management (FM) and Measured Term Contract (MTC) experience. As Commercial Manager you will oversee the financial performance of multiple FM contracts, ensuring value for money, cost control and contractual compliance.

The Role
  • Deliver end-to-end cost management, forecasting and budget control across hard and soft FM services.
  • Administer contracts, manage variations and ensure compliance with all terms.
  • Provide commercial insight and reporting to senior management.
  • Review contractor claims, negotiate settlements and authorise appropriate payments.
  • Support procurement of services and materials, ensuring best value.
The Person
  • Degree in Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying.
  • 5–10 years’ experience with demonstrable Facilities Management and MTC expertise.
  • Strong background in cost control, contract administration and commercial reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, cost management software and ERP systems.
