Office Angels is seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join a collaborative finance team in a hybrid role based in Epsom. You will deliver accurate month-end reporting, prepare management accounts and KPI analysis, and partner with stakeholders across the business to drive improvements and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Proven management accounting experience in a commercial environment.
• Strong month-end, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management.
• High level of commercial awareness and analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end reporting process with timely, accurate information.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, KPI reporting and performance analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support budget holders with financial planning, cost control and overhead management.
• Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Maintain robust financial controls and assist with regulatory reporting.
