G2 Legal Limited is recruiting a Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor for Hertfordshire. With 2–5 PQE, you will handle commercial disputes and insolvency matters alongside experienced Partners in a growing Dispute Resolution team.
You will develop a broad practice, take increasing responsibility, draft robust pleadings, and manage your own caseload. The role offers hybrid working, a supportive environment and opportunities to build client relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator looking to develop a broad practice acrosscommercial disputes and insolvency, working alongside experienced Partners on a varied caseload for businesses, directors, shareholders, individuals and insolvency professionals.

The Dispute Resolution team has an excellent reputation for handling complex and sensitive disputes and advises a diverse client base including:
The team handles a broad range of matters including contract disputes, director and shareholder disputes, banking disputes, corporate insolvency and insolvency-related litigation.
The firm also receives referrals from London and national practices, providing exposure to complex and high-value disputes.
The successful candidate will develop a varied caseload across commercial litigation and insolvency, with the opportunity to take increasing responsibility for their own matters.
