Commercial Litigation Solicitor | Leading North-West Team

The Role

The firm is now seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join their team in Lancashire.

• Team: You will join a strong team which includes multiple Partners and Senior Associates – highly experienced people to support you
• Reason for hire: Expansion, as there is a lot of high-quality work coming into the team and they are on a strong growth‑trajectory

• The Work: You will work on a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, misrepresentation and fraud, supply chain disputes, IP‑related litigation, and restructures
