We are working with a leading UK law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Commercial Disputes team within their Belfast office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a nationally ranked Litigation team, advising across a varied contentious caseload for high-value financial and commercial services client. The candidate’s duties will include advising on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, and business-critical litigation, as well as acting in Court proceedings, including drafting pleadings, motions, and affidavits.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
