Your New Role

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with this prominent and successful law firm you will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, shareholder/partnership claims, injunctive relief, debt recovery and insolvency-related litigation.
• Actively engage with clients to provide strategic and practical advice around dispute resolution.
• Play a key role in supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the team.
• Prioritize client needs, delivering exceptional service while ensuring a positive client experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues across to foster a collaborative working culture and joined-up service.
• Embrace and contribute to the firm’s culture of innovation, commercial awareness and high standard of client care.

What You Need To Succeed

As the Commercial Litigation Solicitor on the Commercial Litigation Team you will;

• Be a qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland, England & Wales or ROI, with 2-8 years PQE + handling commercial litigation cases.
