Commercial Litigation Partner - Taunton

Join a well-established and growing legal practice in the Southwest, at a pivotal moment in its expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious commercial litigator to lead a dedicated team and shape the firm's continued success.

The Role:

Our top 200 law firm client are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to head up their existing team and drive the department forward. This role will involve handling a wide range of complex and high-value litigation matters, including company, shareholder, partnership, and commercial contract disputes.

Business development will be a crucial aspect of the position, with the successful candidate expected to actively engage in networking, strengthening client relationships, and raising the firm's profile in the market. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and supervising a growing team, making strong leadership and communication skills essential.
