Job summary

Origin Legal is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join our Lincolnshire team. The role focuses on handling a diverse range of disputes and advising clients on complex matters in person.

The successful candidate will manage complex contractual disputes, director/shareholder and partnership issues, arbitration matters, and claims of professional negligence or property litigation, with direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in commercial litigation.
• Experience across a wide range of litigation matters.
• Willingness to work face-to-face with clients.
• Handle complex contractual, director/shareholder, partnership disputes, arbitration, professional negligence and property litigation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and manage complex contractual disputes.
• Counsel on director and shareholder disputes and partnership disputes.
• Represent clients in arbitration proceedings.
• Address professional negligence and property litigation issues.
• Work directly with clients in person.

An opportunity for a mid-level to senior lawyer has become available at a leading Lincolnshire firm. This firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Litigation solicitor to help them deal with some complex and significant size cases.

The caseload will include:

• Complex contractual disputes
• Director and shareholder disputes
• Partnership disputes
• Arbitration proceedings
• Professional negligence
• Property Litigation
