Job description

Our client's Commercial Litigation team in London is recognised for handling complex, high-stakes and technically demanding commercial disputes, often with an international dimension. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of complex, high-profile cases and to develop your expertise in a supportive, ambitious and highly regarded team.

Lawyers advise clients on a wide range of matters, including:

• Contractual disputes, fraud and conspiracy and corporate mismanagement
• Shareholder claims, contested share purchase agreements and partnership disputes
• Insolvency, professional negligence and FS disputes
• Technology and intellectual property disputes, crypto asset recovery and reputation management
• Aset tracing and recovery, obtaining urgent remedies such as freezing injunctions, search orders and disclosure orders, to preserve and recover assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a broad range of commercial disputes
• Managing case files and assisting partners across all aspects of litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, correspondence and client reports
• Contributing to thought leadership, client development and team initiatives
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.

You will have:

• A strong academic background (2:1 degree or equivalent) from a leading university
• Demonstrable experience handling complex and cross-border disputes
• Excellent technical knowledge of litigation procedures and case strategy
• Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
