You are a Commercial Lines Account Manager with 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience who is ready to step up to the big leagues. You are committed to providing only the highest level of service for your clients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle priorities and deadlines with ease. You are well-versed in Commercial Lines insurance products and may have experience in a particular industry such as construction, energy, education, transportation, or real estate. You get to know your clients and their needs. You are comfortable communicating via email and phone. This is a relationship business, and you recognize and appreciate that. Following detailed procedures is important to you. You have experience quoting and working with top and regional insurance carriers. You are motivated by hard work and doing what is right. Accuracy and attention to detail are your strengths. You take pride in your work and doing what is best for your clients. You enjoy challenges!
Job Summary:
This individual will proactively manage the workflow and lifecycle for an assigned book of business. They will be the primary client relationship manager, responsible for account servicing and maintenance for new and existing Commercial Lines clients. This role involves being the day-to-day contact with clients, handling policy changes, inquiries, renewals, and billing. The role adheres strictly to our Corporate Standards of Excellence and procedural guidelines outlined in our Professional Procedure Manual.
This position offers flexibility in office location, which could be in any of our offices across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, or Connecticut. A hybrid/remote schedule is also possible.
