Kier Places is recruiting for a Commercial Lead (SQS Level) to support our Workplace Solutions PFI contracts across the North West and Midlands region. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you'll provide practical commercial support to the Regional Manager, Contract Managers, and contract teams, with a strong focus on business-as-usual performance, payment mechanism reporting and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in PFI and FM with payment mechanisms, deductions, relief events and contract changes.
• Experience across multiple operational contracts in a similar commercial role.
• Strong commercial acumen: value for money, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash and monthly reporting.
• Ability to provide clear commercial advice and support disputes, with autonomous prioritization.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills across finance, lifecycle, operations, SPVs, authorities and clients.

Responsabilités

• Managing payment mechanism reporting, deductions, relief events and annual reconciliations.
• Providing commercial support for business-as-usual FM delivery, protecting contractual entitlement and supporting debt recovery.
• Managing contract changes and variations from instruction through to agreement and recovery.
• Supporting budgets, forecasts, accruals, cost control and monthly commercial reporting with finance and contract teams.
• Building effective relationships with SPVs, authorities, clients and operational stakeholders.
