Job summary

Elevate is seeking an interim Commercial Solicitor to join a leading legal team in London. You will support a large-scale contract review project, reviewing contract summaries against underlying agreements to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The role is hybrid, based in London with 3 days per week in the office, and initially for 3 months. Key responsibilities include conducting legal reviews, interpreting commercial agreements, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring summaries reflect terms

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 1-4 years' PQE.
• Strong experience in commercial contracting and/or TMT contracting.

Location: London - Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

Contract: Locum / Interim - Initially 3 months

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 1-4 years' PQE (although candidates outside this range may also be considered).
• Strong experience in commercial contracting and/or TMT contracting.
• Experience analysing, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial and technology contracts.
• Experience with technology and services agreements, SaaS agreements and similar commercial arrangements.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to review large volumes of contractual documentation accurately.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing high-volume legal review work.
