Job description

This UK headquartered law firm has a market leading commercial and IP team and is looking to recruit a mid or senior level associate to join the team in London. Ideal candidates are likely to be at least 3pqe and have significant experience in IP transactions and advisory work.

The role will involve supporting clients with the negotiation of IP agreements, separation agreements, IP related M&A, commercial transactions, R&D agreements and software licences. The team advises across a variety of sectors but are investing more in life sciences - and prior experience in this space will be advantageous and a genuine interest will be essential.
