Job summary

Via Transportation in London offers a full-time internship to support our Partnerships and Partner Success teams across the UK. You will prep commercial materials, test new product features, and help partners grow ridership and improve services.

We seek a final-year student or recent graduate who is entrepreneurial, proactive, and an excellent communicator. The role is hybrid with a start window between Nov 2026 and Jan 2027 and a base salary of £2,600 per month.

• Final-year undergraduate, master's student, or recent graduate with some prior work experience.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a real plus.
• A creative problem-solver who questions how things have 'always' been done and isn't afraid to suggest a smarter way.
• A clear communicator who can adapt to different audiences, with a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Via — build a nuanced understanding of our tech, use cases, and best practices to support partners and internal teams effectively.
• Support the Partnerships team by preparing materials, insights, and research that help them close and grow deals.
• Contribute to best-in-class quality assurance by thoroughly testing new product features before partner roll-outs and drafting clear, easy-to-follow product documentation.
• Set up marketing campaigns to help partners boost ridership and build compelling materials to showcase their success stories.
• Analyze service performance data to support quarterly business reviews, providing partners with actionable recommendations to improve quality, efficiency, and growth.

Job description

As a Commercial Intern , you'll support our Partnerships and Partner Success teams in London, working with our partners and services across the UK . You’ll gain hands-on experience across everything from prepping commercial materials to helping existing partners grow and improve their services. Along the way, you’ll build practical skills, learn from supportive and passionate teammates, and help bring efficient, sustainable, and inclusive transportation to more communities worldwide.

This is a full-time internship based in London, with a minimum duration of 6 months. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, ideally with a start date between November 2026 and January 2027. The role follows a hybrid working model. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
