Job summary

Lawes Consulting Group in Belfast is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Underwriter to shape the future of a growing commercial insurance business. You will own high-value deals, build strong broker relationships, and act as a trusted point of contact for priority clients.

You will lead on complex cases, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused outcomes while driving profitable growth in a transforming P&C market.

Qualifications

• Strong underwriting expertise across complex Property & Casualty risks at senior or high-performing level.
• Proven track record handling large or technically complex cases with sound judgement and disciplined risk management.
