Job summary

AWE’s Evolve Graduate Programme offers a two-year Commercial traineeship starting September 2027. You will contribute to commercial decisions across contracts, procurement and supplier partnerships while you learn from experienced professionals.

Starting salary is £31,000 with benefits and regular reviews. The programme is based at Green Park, Reading, Berkshire, with entry requirements of a 2:2 degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree classification, or equivalent, in any subject.
• Commercial, financial or business background may be helpful but is not essential.

Professional qualifications and development

AWE will fully fund your Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) qualification and provide protected study time. You will combine professional accreditation with hands‑on experience across commercial disciplines.
