• Experience working within commercial environments.
• Multi-skilled experience within minor electrical / Fabric tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to boilers.
• Identify defects and provide parts list and estimated timescales.
• Ensure Health & Safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Carry out installation, repairs, maintenance, and planning duties.
