Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial gas and heating-related maintenance.
• Strong background in Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance.
• Proven track record within Facilities Management or commercial property environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance for commercial combustion and HVAC systems.
• Carry out general building services maintenance.
• Respond to out-of-hours callouts as part of the client's rota.
