About the Client

A long-established and reputable Mechanical & HVAC Contractor with over 30 years of industry experience, operating across London and the Home Counties, provides installation, maintenance, and repair services to a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a wide range of commercial plant room appliances from gas boilers to associated mechanical equipment, including planned preventive maintenance and reactive repair work.
• Undertake boiler swaps/installs when required.

Requirements

• Minimum five years' experience as a Commercial/Combustion Gas Engineer.
• Valid ACS Commercial Gas qualifications.
• Valid Commercial Gas Tickets.
• Previous experience on steam, oil, and LPG is beneficial.
• A time-served apprenticeship is beneficial.
• UK driving licence.
• Ideally based inside the M25.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Basic salary £52,000 - £60,000 (DOE).
• 40‑hour week.
• Company van with personal use (prior agreement).
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
• 1‑8 call‑out with £150 retainer, 4 hours minimum OT.
