Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer based in Guildford to service and maintain commercial heating systems and plant room equipment across London and the Home Counties. The role requires a strong track record in fault finding and repairs, and the ability to work independently while engaging with clients.

Candidates should have five years’ post-apprenticeship experience and hold essential commercial gas qualifications, with a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience post apprenticeship with track record of servicing, fault finding and repairing.
• Experience with commercial heating systems and plant room equipment.
• Must have proven ability for lone working and direct client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Service, fault find and repair commercial heating systems and plant room equipment.
• Work with minimal supervision and interact directly with clients.
• Travel to sites covering London and Home Counties from Guildford base.

£40k-£50k basic doe.

My client is a leading provider for Installation, Service and Maintenance of HVAC.

The ideal Commercial Gas / Multi-Skilled Engineer will have at least five years’ experience post apprenticeship, with a track record of servicing, fault finding and repairing:

• Commercial Heating Systems
• Plant Room Equipment

Candidates must have a proven track record of lone working, fault finding and direct client interactions.

Qualifications Required

• Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1 / IPCN1 / CIGA1 / CORT1 / TPC1(a) / CDGA1)
• Level 3 NVQ in relevant subject or equivalent experience (Level 2 with experience)
• Full Driving Licence
