Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced CAT A / CAT B Commercial Fit-Out Manager to oversee commercial fit-out projects in Central London, with values £750k–£1m. The role requires delivering projects safely, on time, and to high quality standards from start to handover.

You will coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, maintain programme deadlines, and liaise with clients and consultants to ensure compliance with drawings and regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing commercial CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects.
• Proven track record delivering commercial fit-out projects of a similar scale.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines.
• Excellent understanding of site health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to meet programme deadlines.
• Maintain high health and safety standards across the site.
• Monitor progress, quality control and workmanship.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and the project team.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and regulations.
• Manage site documentation, RAMS and safety requirements.
• Drive the project to successful handover and completion.
