Job summary

Wynnstay Group Plc in Llansantffraid is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support our Feed business across Sales, Manufacturing and Logistics. You’ll partner with sales to understand customer, product and margin performance, work with manufacturing managers on costs and productivity, and help logistics improve distribution efficiency.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
Strong finance fundamentals and ability to analyse financial statements and MI.
Commercial mindset with ability to translate data into decisions.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales to understand performance across customers, products, sales and margins.
Identify opportunities for growth and improved profitability, supporting planning and forecasting.
Work with manufacturing managers on production costs, material usage and productivity.
Collaborate with logistics to understand transport costs and route efficiency.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, planning and performance reviews.
