Marketing Lounge Partnership is seeking a proactive finance professional to join our small team. You will support the Finance Manager and cross-functional teams, taking ownership of monthly margin reconciliations and variances, and coordinating campaign spend reconciliations across BD and ACM teams.

You will help prepare annual budgets, update margin reforecasts, and ensure accurate revenue recognition. Strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or qualified by experience in ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with internal teams.
• Experience in a finance team is essential.
• Proficient with Excel and financial systems.

Responsabilités

• Support the Finance Manager, BD and Account Management Teams.
• Own monthly margin reconciliations and explain variances.
• Reconcile sales invoicing to monthly sales forecast and follow up variances.
• Coordinate with account management, data, orders and fulfilment teams to reconcile campaign spend.
• Maintain the Campaign reconciliation Kanban board.
• Oversee supplier reconciliations and drive improvements.
• Assist with annual budgets and margin reforecasts.
• Record and update bounced cashback payments and liaise with bank.
