Job summary

Axon Moore Group Ltd is seeking a Commercial Business Partner to join a fast-growing, multi-site operator. You will work with the Commercial FD, owning commercial and financial reporting, from weekly performance to budgets and new site openings.

The role suits a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified practitioner with at least 2 years PQE, proficient in reading P&Ls and Excel, with a full driving licence for site visits, and a hands-on, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified with CIMA/ACCA/ACA and minimum 2 years post-qualified experience.
• Confident reading and interpreting a P&L.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Full, clean driving licence for regular site visits.
• Experience in a multi-site or operational environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly KPI reports and cost analyses to keep sites within budget.
• Liaise with regional and site managers on staffing levels and budgets.
• Analyse weekly activity data to support utilisation targets.
• Prepare performance analyses for board meetings.
• Visit sites to review staffing against demand levels.
• Support setup of new sites, including staff budgeting and business case preparation.
