Finance Team Leader – Accounts Payable (12‑month Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Bruce Kenrick House, 2 Killick Street, London N1 9F
Salary: £42,150 – £45,723 per annum for 35 hours per week

What you’ll do

  • Lead the Accounts Payable function, providing direction and day‑to‑day oversight.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
  • Act as the finance liaison for client engagement teams and financial operations.
  • Collaborate with agency finance, shared services and external stakeholders to optimise billing processes.
  • Support SOX audit requests and client onboarding.
  • Manage inter‑company invoicing and liaise with media billing teams.

Required skills

  • Advanced Excel (formulas, Power Query, automation).
  • Experience with Media Ocean/Prisma and Maconomy.
  • Strong numerical acumen and media billing knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Senior Finance Manager – UK [Expansion]

Responsible for operations across UK and Northern Ireland, ensuring efficient financial processes and supporting business growth.

  • Oversee financial operations, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance.
  • Lead process improvement and optimisation initiatives.
Commercial Finance Operations Senior Analyst (12‑month FTC)

Start date: March 2026 – develop KPIs and metrics for environmental and social impact reporting.

  • Support impact reporting for insurer, premium finance house and ancillary provider relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Purpose team on environmental and social data.
