Tewinbury Group, a family-run hospitality business in Hertfordshire, seeks an experienced Accountant Commercial Finance Manager / Financial Accountant to lead the finance function and partner with the leadership team. The role covers day-to-day finance, reporting, controls and commercial modeling across multiple sites.

Salary is DOE with a circa 15% profit-based bonus. There is a pathway to Head of Finance within 6 months. 40 hours per week, site-based with some flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• Hospitality finance experience is essential.
• Experience leading a finance function in multi-site operations.
• Ability to build practical financial models and business cases.
• CIMA (or ACA/ACCA) preferred but strong qualified-by-experience considered.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day financial operations, reporting, controls and compliance across multiple entities.
• Manage budgets, rolling forecasts, board reporting and financial analysis.
• Oversee VAT, intercompany recharges, cost centres and consolidated reporting.
• Handle year-end, statutory accounts and corporation tax with external accountants.
• Develop and coach a small finance team.
• Ensure robust controls and efficient processes across sites.
