Overview

Multiple regions, multiple categories and covering all aspects of the finance cycle. This role can be based at our Malmesbury campus in Wiltshire or our GB&I Market office on Oxford Street, London‑with 1‑2 days a week at Malmesbury if London‑based. You'll be a key member of the GB&I Finance team, supporting the Indirect Commercial team and playing a central part in Dyson's future market strategy. Reporting to the GB&I Finance Director, you'll act as the lead finance partner to the Head of Sales, helping drive commercial decisions, optimise gross margin, and deliver against ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and analyse gross margin delivery, holding sales teams accountable
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership, guiding them through finance and business processes
  • Identify and align risks and opportunities
  • Lead on monthly planning cycles and strategic growth initiatives
  • Help upskill commercial teams, building full P&L ownership
  • Manage customer rebates and promotional spend within the sales team
Qualifications

  • Commercially sharp, with strong analytical and contract management skills

  • Experience in indirect retail sales finance
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or nearly qualified)
  • Skills in investment appraisal and commercial modelling
  • Familiarity with SAP or OneStream
