Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with relevant certification.
• Proven track record in commercial finance in wholesale, retail, FMCG or manufacturing.
• Experience in managing P&L and translating data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted Business Partner to senior commercial leaders.
• Own all commercial performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead analysis across pricing and profitability to optimise outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing Commercial Finance team.
• Challenge processes to improve reporting and decision-making.
