We Do Group are working with a PE backed FMCG group that’s scaling rapidly across Europe through acquisition and organic growth. The UK business is the engine room of the group’s success, and they’re now hiring a Finance Director UK to lead the regional finance function and act as the commercial driving force behind performance and profitability.

This isn’t a back office finance role. It’s about shaping strategy, influencing key decisions, and helping the business make smarter commercial calls every day.

Partnering with the senior leadership team to drive performance, shape strategy and unlock long term value. You’ll play a key role in guiding commercial decisions, improving margins and helping the business scale efficiently as it continues its high growth journey across the UK and Europe.
