Commercial Finance BDM / Relationship Manager

Location: Remote – UK or International (excluding US and Dubai)

Salary: £50 000 to £90 000 base plus outstanding uncapped commissions

Are you a proven investment sales professional with the drive, confidence and network to connect with high-net-worth investors and open new opportunities?

Equation Recruitment is working with a global private investment firm experiencing rapid growth across its investment division. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded Relationship Manager or Business Development Manager to build and manage investor relationships, raise capital, and deliver tailored investment solutions across multiple markets.

You will work remotely Monday to Friday, supported by a highly experienced senior leadership team and a business that values autonomy, trust and performance.

The Role
  • Generate new investor relationships and manage existing ones
  • Source and close new investment opportunities from HNWIs and professional investors
  • Leverage your existing contact network or build new relationships from scratch
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support company growth and strategy
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM activity records

  • Qualifications such as CISI or CII advantageous but not essential
