Commercial Finance Analyst

Hybrid Working | 1-2 Days per Week in the Office (Oxfordshire)

We are supporting a high-growth business in the search for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join its finance function and play a key role in driving profitable global growth.

This is a commercially focused role, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence product, pricing, promotional and inventory decisions through high-quality insight and forecasting.

The Role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will act as a true business partner to commercial, marketing and supply chain teams. Your focus will be on translating complex data into actionable insight to support planning, forecasting and performance delivery across business operations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Owning and managing commercial sales forecasts, analysing trends, customer behaviour and market dynamics
  • Leading demand forecasting within the Integrated Business Planning cycle alongside sales and marketing teams
  • Using sales forecasts to support inventory planning and target stock levels across multiple locations
