Qualifications

• Proven track record within Facilities Management or commercial property environments.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance for commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform general building services maintenance across a range of facilities.
• Repair cracked pipes and maintain complex plumbing systems.
• Conduct leak detection tests and install/repair plumbing components.
• Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
