Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance professional to carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance across commercial sites in the United Kingdom. The role involves working on lighting, power distribution, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, diagnosing faults, and maintaining accurate CMMS records.

Applicants should hold the 18th Edition, an apprenticeship/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in facilities management or building services relevant to electrical maintenance.
• Commercial electrical experience in maintenance across sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites.
• Work on lighting, power distribution, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems; diagnose and resolve faults.
• Maintain accurate records using a computerised maintenance management system.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure tasks are completed effectively and safely.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.
