Commercial Disputes Lawyer – Manchester

A fast-growing and innovative firm is seeking a Commercial Disputes Lawyer (2–5 PQE) to join its high-performing Manchester team. With a strong international presence and growing UK base, this award-winning firm is transforming the delivery of legal services through technology, a progressive model, and a collaborative culture that empowers both clients and lawyers.

Offering a wide variety of commercial dispute work, a balanced work pattern, and direct client interaction, this position moves away from the formalities of traditional law firms. It would suit a lawyer looking for to roll their sleeves up in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, supporting a diverse client base on a broad range of commercial disputes. The successful candidate will handle matters including:

  • Breach of contract
  • Shareholder and director disputes
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Breach of confidentiality
  • Enforcement of restrictive covenants
  • Debt recovery and related enforcement matters

You’ll advise clients on straightforward litigation through to complex disputes, giving you a comprehensive range of matters. You should be able to work with relative autonomy and be confident liaising with clients directly under minimal supervision. There is also scope to supervise trainee solicitors and develop your leadership skills within a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Requirements
