Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking an experienced Commercial Disputes Associate to join its Scottish disputes team, focused on England & Wales litigation and international arbitration work. Based in Edinburgh East Lothian, you will handle High Court and cross-border disputes across sectors while engaging in business development.

You will be England & Wales qualified with a minimum of 5 years' PQE, up to Legal Director level.

Qualifications

• England & Wales qualified solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.
• A Scottish qualification is welcome but not required.
• Experience in commercial disputes and cross-border matters.

From day one, you will manage key litigation tasks, collaborate with partners, and liaise directly with major clients.
