Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial partnerships and sponsorships.
• Manage negotiations for retail, licensing, and equipment supply.
• Drive revenue at venue-level and through national sponsorship growth.
• Commercialise digital and data assets.
• Build propositions for Soul Padel sub-brands.
• Lead commercialisation for athletes and ambassadors.
• Support major events and activations.
• Define a strategic growth plan for the next three years.
