Job summary

Sigma Recruitment Limited is seeking a Commercial Director to lead the entire commercial function in South Wales. You will own external sales and customer service, report to the Managing Director, and steer pricing, governance and contracts for global accounts.

You will manage a senior team, drive profitable growth, and travel roughly one week per month to support partners and customers on a global stage close to home.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership experience within manufacturing or engineering.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering profitable growth and margin improvement.
• Strong contract negotiation and commercial governance capability, ideally across strategic international accounts.
