As Commercial Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of CAVU's Connect division across both Own Channel and Indirect Channel distribution. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this senior leadership position holds full P&L ownership and is accountable for revenue, profit, booking volume, and market share growth across global territories. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll lead a talented team of regional eCommerce professionals and manage strategic partnerships deliver exceptional performance and sustainable growth. You'll define long‑term channel strategies while ensuring excellence in day to day execution, collaborating closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Technology, and Data. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities
  • Full P&L ownership of Own Channel and Indirect Channel performance.
  • Developing and executing long‑term commercial strategies to optimise channel mix, revenue, and profitability.
  • Leading and developing a high‑performing international team spanning AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Managing senior relationships with global partners to unlock new opportunities and deliver booking growth.
  • Overseeing the performance of CAVU's eCommerce brands, ensuring best‑in‑class optimisation and execution.
  • Partnering cross‑functionally with Growth, Product, and Marketing to deliver aligned, insight‑led strategies.
  • Using data and market insight to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.

You're a commercially astute, data‑driven leader with deep experience in global eCommerce or partnership‑led growth. You'll combine strategic thinking with the ability to execute at pace—comfortable managing complex commercial levers, multiple stakeholders, and global teams.

Qualifications
