As Commercial Director, youll play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of CAVUs Connect division across both Own Channel and Indirect Channel distribution. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this senior leadership position holds full P&L ownership and is accountable for revenue, profit, booking volume, and market share growth across global territories.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, youll lead a talented team of regional eCommerce professionals and manage strategic partnerships deliver exceptional performance and sustainable growth. Youll define long-term channel strategies while ensuring excellence in day-to-day execution, collaborating closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Technology, and Data.
Youre a commercially astute, data-driven leader with deep experience in global eCommerce or partnership‑led growth. Youll combine strategic thinking with the ability to execute at pace comfortable managing complex commercial levers, multiple stakeholders, and global teams.
