Job summary

Abbott in Maidenhead is seeking a Commercial Digital Business Analyst for a 12‑month contract, with hybrid on‑site work 3–4 days per week. The role supports the Commercial team through in‑depth analysis of initiatives, mapping current and target processes, and configuring compliant digital components.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare/pharma exposure, project management skills, and knowledge of data security/privacy by design, using M365 tools to enable commercial excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent; IT-related degree preferred.
• Experience in a business analysis role in healthcare/pharma.
• Understanding of data security principles and privacy by design.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep analysis of commercial initiatives and opportunities.
• Produce as-is and to-be process maps and data flow diagrams.
• Configure and maintain compliant digital solutions using Abbott tools.
• Liaise with Abbott teams and third-party suppliers for guidance and adoption.
• Provide remote demonstrations of new commercial initiatives to teams.
