A major UK insurance provider seeks a Commercial Delivery and Partnerships Manager to enhance operational efficiency and manage strategic partnerships. We currently have an exciting new opportunity to join Operations Team at DLG Legal Services as a Commercial Delivery and Partnerships Manager. This is a permanent and full-time position, that can be based from any of our DLGLS sites i.e. Bromley, Bristol or Leeds (hybrid working).
Reporting to Head of DLG Legal Services, you will drive the successful delivery of commercial initiatives whilst managing strategic partnerships that support the growth and operational efficiency of DLGLS. The role will involve contract management, MI management and performance reporting, supplier relationship management and partner collaboration to maximise value and ensure compliance, quality, and innovation in legal service delivery.
The role is key to maintaining strong relationships with insurer and supplier partners, driving business performance and ensuring partner satisfaction. This role involves strategic relationship building, contract delivery oversight and commercial management within the DLGLS environment.
