Job summary

Connect Legal Partners, a long-established commercial law firm, is seeking a senior solicitor to help grow the commercial, technology, IP and data protection practice. You will advise growth businesses and established organisations on commercial contracts, technology agreements, IP and data protection, and lead complex matters.

In addition to legal work, you will mentor junior lawyers, help shape the team, and, for those at partner level, bring a client following or origination record.

Qualifications

• Five+ years PQE as a solicitor with strong experience in commercial, technology, IP or data protection work.
• Commercial awareness with a track record of client work and enthusiasm for business development.
• For partner level, a client following or origination record is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise growth businesses and established organisations on commercial contracts, technology agreements, IP and data protection.
• Lead complex matters and win new work while mentoring junior lawyers and helping shape the team.
