Job summary

LOD Group in London is seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer for a six-month contract to support its European legal team. The role covers a broad range of commercial matters in technology, retail, distribution and logistics, with hybrid working.

You will draft and negotiate agreements, advise on contracts, manage stakeholders across Europe, and deliver pragmatic, risk-based legal guidance in a fast-moving environment. Immediate start and autonomous work expected.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with significant commercial contracts experience.
• Strong background advising on a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Experience with distribution, supplier and technology agreements is highly desirable.
• Previous exposure to the technology, retail, e-commerce or logistics sectors would be advantageous.
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing a varied workload.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to provide practical, business-focused legal advice.

About the Opportunity
A global technology, retail and logistics business is seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join its European legal team on an initial six-month contract. The legal function supports a dynamic international organisation operating across e-commerce, technology, distribution and logistics, and is currently experiencing increased demand across a broad range of commercial matters.

The Role

This is a fast-paced position providing legal support across multiple areas of the business. You will work closely with stakeholders across Europe and beyond, advising on a variety of commercial and contractual issues.
