Purpose

Help set Oracle Red Bull Racing apart from the competition through developing innovative and market-leading partnerships, making our teams the envy of the entire global sponsorship industry.

Role Overview

Commercial Coordinator – support the securing of new partnerships, help realise our ambition to become one of the worlds’ most revered and dynamic technology companies.

Development of sales and outreach collateral

Support development of all sales collateral (generic and bespoke) to communicate core Commercial and Marketing propositions in presentations to prospects. Work alongside Commercial designer to creatively develop impactful sales material, in multiple formats.

Develop partnership case studies that demonstrate the potential of our partnerships to deliver against key objectives.

Create supporting material to be included in prospect pitching process i.e. sizzle reels.

Creation and Delivery of Hosting Opportunities

Create and deliver engaging hosting opportunities across track, campus and beyond that bring potential partners into our ecosystem. Design and deliver experiences that allow prospects to meaningfully engage with the team, understand our commercial proposition, and build authentic relationships through curated, bespoke hosting moments.

Identify, plan and execute hosting opportunities that support partner engagement and prospect development, ensuring each experience is purposeful, memorable and aligned to commercial objectives. Use these moments to showcase the value of partnership, create strong first impressions, and deepen long-term relationships beyond traditional sales environments.

Planning and development of key proposals

Identify and uncover all relevant insights and intelligence required to develop informed proposal (including exploratory sessions with prospect/partner). Work closely with and lead internal Marketing teams to understand and deliver against key commercial activity.

Identification and development of key processes, tools & ways of working to increase effectiveness of Commercial Team

Develop and manage tools to improve efficiency of Commercial workflows i.e. inventory mapping, marketing briefs, cost of sales calculators.

Working with wider Marketing teams to understand challenges in order to identify and deliver solutions to improve team’s involvement and quantity and quality of its outputs. Identify and lead communication with Commercial representatives from each team to drive output against timings and objectives.

Ensure wider department is aware of the latest trends and insight from across wider industry to help identify how these can positively impact our proposals

Develop and lead initiatives to inform and inspire department with key marketing trends & ideas as they happen, understanding their relevance, considerations and impact for their respective prospects/partners and how it can be powerfully and authentically integrated into their respective proposals or projects.

Provide regular inspiration to team to continue to innovate ideas and approach to aid competitive advantage.

  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Self-starting attitude and a proven track record of responding to tasks at short notice using both data-driven analytical thinking and creativity
  • Strong use of MS Office is required, including PowerPoint and Excel. The ability to use Adobe InDesign would be beneficial.
