Frasia Wright Associates in Scotland is recruiting a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy Ayrshire team. You will handle a broad range of commercial conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leasing and security work, with exposure to rural property and renewable energy tasks.

The role welcomes lawyers from new qualifiers upwards, capable of managing their own caseload with minimal supervision. A competitive salary is offered, with good long-term progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial conveyancing matters including sales, purchases and leasing.
• Support rural property transactions, farms and land, and renewable energy conveyancing.
• Advise on title examination, documentation and related security work.
• Assist corporate clients on asset and share transactions involving property elements.
