Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in Birmingham is seeking a Commercial Contracts Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join our established team. The role is hybrid with an international law firm backdrop, offering exposure to high-quality, cross-border commercial work.

You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of contracts, advise clients on commercial matters, and manage matters with support from Partners. The firm emphasises work-life balance and long-term career progression within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ PQE as Commercial Solicitor with experience advising on a broad range of commercial contracts.
• Enjoys general commercial work and developing within a collaborative team.
• Experience with cross-border or international matters is a plus.

I’m currently working with a leading international law firm that is looking to appoint a Commercial Contracts Solicitor, ideally 3+ PQE, to join its established Birmingham team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor who enjoys the variety of a broad commercial practice and wants exposure to high-quality work within an international firm, while still maintaining a genuinely good work-life balance.

The role will have a strong focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, working with a varied client base across a number of different sectors.
