RGWilliams Construction, is currently seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage the construction of a remodel project in Reading, PA. This project is in an existing Plasma Collection Center and will remain open while work is occurring. In addition to a minimum of 5 years’ experience, the qualified candidate will possess the following:

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities for completion of all required work.
  • Liaison with client representatives, government officials, architects / engineers and subcontractors
  • Understand and enforce company safety requirements
  • Maintain project schedule
  • Monitor construction for compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Ensure quality standards are exceeded.
  • Determine and proactively communicate to subcontractor’s workforce requirements.
  • Project reporting from startup through closeout using Procore Construction Management Software.
  • Establish and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Full time presence while work is being performed is required.
