They are a specialist cleaning company delivering high‑quality builders' cleans and sparkle‑cleans for construction, refurbishment, shop‑fitting, and developer projects.

Role Purpose

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for preparing construction and refurbishment sites for handover, ensuring they are spotless and ready for inspection or occupancy. You'll work under the guidance of a Project Supervisor and travel to various sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform post‑construction cleaning and sparkle‑cleans, including removing dust, debris, stickers, and residue.
• Follow site checklists to ensure all areas meet handover standards (windows, surfaces, floors, fittings, and skirting).
• Operate cleaning equipment safely (scrubber dryers, pressure washers, scaffolding, etc.).
• Report or correct minor defects and ensure tasks are completed to client standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of cleaning completion and handover status.
• Follow strict Health & Safety protocols on all sites.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in builders' cleans, sparkle‑cleans, or post‑construction cleaning preferred; full training provided.
• Attention to detail with pride in delivering a high‑quality finish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with physical work including lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible and reliable; some projects may require early mornings, evenings, or travel within the Midlands.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.
• CSCS card or willingness to obtain is highly desirable.
